Who are we?

Built by an operator, for operators.

I'm Josh, founder of 365 Performance Partners.

I started this firm after spending years watching restaurant groups struggle with the same Restaurant365 problems over and over — broken recipe libraries, vendor mappings full of duplicates, recipes with outdated specs that didn't match the menu, and food cost reports nobody trusted.

The issue was never the software. Restaurant365 is an excellent platform. The issue was that most implementations were being run by people who knew the software but didn't know restaurants — or people who knew restaurants but didn't know the software.

365 Performance Partners was built to sit in the middle of that gap.

Section: How we work

Every client engagement sharpens our process. We've built a pattern library, a master item repository, and a workflow that gets cleaner and faster with each project. What used to take months now takes weeks.

Our engagements follow a simple cycle:

  • Analyze. We audit your current state — item master, recipe library, vendor mappings, POS integration — and tell you honestly where the problems are.

  • Optimize. We design the right structure for your business. UoM standards, PREP/MI classification logic, vendor mapping rules, recipe cost methodology.

  • Execute. We build it. Files are delivered, imports are staged, problems are flagged before they become expensive. No vague deliverables.

  • Repeat. We stay on as needed for audits, optimization, and the next phase of work.

What we believe

  • Restaurant operators deserve tools they can trust. A food cost report is only useful if the data behind it is clean.

  • Process beats heroics. Repeatable systems scale. One-off fixes don't.

  • Direct communication wins. Clear deliverables, specific timelines, honest answers.

  • The work should get easier over time. Every engagement adds to our playbook, which makes the next one better.

Based in San Diego. Working nationwide.

365 Performance Partners is headquartered in La Mesa, CA. We work remotely with restaurant groups across the country, with occasional on-site engagements when the project calls for it.
